Christmas 2024

On December 12th the LFT Christmas party took place with friends and alumni in the Kulturscheune Knorr in Mannhof. Overall, there was a lot to celebrate. Some service anniversaries were to be celebrated. Numerous new employees were welcomed. A number of alumni joined the group and celebrated a reunion. Prof. Merklein gave a review of the past year's activities and looked ahead to the coming year. Overall, a nice party with numerous conversations, for which the space and food were once again very well chosen. Some of the discussions continued in smaller groups even after the official end. This collegial atmosphere beyond everyday work is what distinguishes the institute and gives us hope for further joint activities.
