International Conference on Engineering Manufacture (EM 2024)

The conference takes place every two years in Porto and focuses on manufacturing technology. This year the LFT was represented with five lectures. Arnold Harms, Peter Hetz, Miriam Leicht, Raphaela März und Annette Sawodny presented their current research results in the areas of sheet metal forming, material characterization and hybrid additive manufacturing. participated as a member of the scientific committee of the conference. The conference ended beautifully with the conference dinner in one of the many well-known port wine cellars in Porto.
